mixed feelings about this stay

basic room terrible sofa bed

The location was very nice, right next to the station.

We only found this out upon arrival. The replacement room was basic and did NOT resemble what we had booked. The sofa bed was TERRIBLE!!!

excellent location friendly staff classic studio

The location is excellent. It's very close to the underground station. I found multiple supermarkets nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even provided umbrellas on rainy days. The room was a Classic Studio and a nice size.

The television in my Classic Studio was quite small for the room size.

coffee machine velcro curtains

i really liked the coffee machine in the lobby, offering a good cup any time i needed it. i also appreciated the refurbished rooms (especially the velcro curtains), since they made it easy to block out light.

useful spaces laundry facilities

The room included separate spaces, useful. breakfast included eggs, vegetables, cheese, fruits, ham, and sausages. I found this satisfying. laundry facilities are available for a reasonable price. the location is convenient. I could walk to covent garden and the british museum.
